Lukasz graduated from the University of Szczecin in Poland in 2000 with a master of science in informatics and econometrics. He also attended a course focusing on disruptive strategy at Harvard Business School in 2018. After finishing his studies, he started his career as a consultant and analyst in service line strategy, focusing on financial services. Since Lukasz worked at Accenture in Poland and finally in Switzerland, he gained extensive knowledge during his 18 years of consulting experience. As a senior manager in IT strategy and transformation service line, Lukasz managed complex global projects for a leading global insurance company and a leading consumer finance company.
Additionally, he worked on strategic deals and business development by shaping IT infrastructures, IT applications, and digital transformation programs in Switzerland, Germany, and Singapore. His final position at Accenture as a managing director for strategic deals and business development was shaped by large and complex transformational deals ranging from $20 million to over $100 million. After 18 years of client service experience for over 30 large institutions in Europe and Asia, Lukasz joined BCG Platinion Poland as a Managing Director and Head of BCG Platinion CEE in 2019.
