We offer a competitive base salary where equal pay is a matter of course, to ensure fair compensation for your contributions at BCG Platinion. Depending on your country, field and position, your compensation could also include a bonus on top of your base salary, paid at the end of the year. The bonus will depend on several factors including your individual performance. Therefore, you have the opportunity to actively shape your own compensation package. We also offer private retirement provisions for all employees.

During the first 18 months, we assist our employees with a variety of onboarding programs as well as advanced training sessions geared towards helping them manage the various requirements of their role. To get to know the entire BCG universe, you will participate at both, a BCG Platinion and BCG onboarding together with the other newbies to learn our way of working as well as to grow your network.
