You need to be based in Denmark or Southern Sweden. We value applicants with an ambitious spirit, interpersonal skills, and strong academic records.
Yes, you are guaranteed an interview process for our internship or full-time positions after the mentorship program has ended. The program is particularly targeted to prepare for our interviews the best way possible. You can enter the interview process for our offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm, or Oslo.
The exact timeline of the interview process depends on both parties’ availability. The role and starting date in case of a hire will also be individually discussed and aligned.
After the application deadline, we thoroughly screen all applicants and decide on a first pool of women we would like to get to know better. With those, we will conduct an informal telephone interview and will subsequently send out feedback to every applicant. This process takes place in week 6 and 7, 2025.
After following the link to the application form, please upload your updated CV and all university transcripts you achieved up to this date. Please submit only PDF or JPG formats. There are a few other fields to fill out, e.g., your personal motivation to join the program – here, a small paragraph on this is highly appreciated.
The program is designed to provide various insights into our company, work, and teams. On top, we will invest extensive time into personal growth and training. We therefore find it most beneficial for the participants to join all the events we offer. Of course, we keep in mind that some private appointments do not allow rescheduling – we would just kindly ask to let us know about it as early as possible. We cannot offer alternative dates, unfortunately.
The full mentorship program will take place in English. We welcome any nationality for our mentorship. Local language skills are not a requirement to work with us in the future.
There are no costs involved for you! If you need to book travel from outside Copenhagen within Denmark or Southern Sweden, please let us know. We cover or reimburse all travel and accommodation expenses.
