As part of a four-year modernization program, the client faced challenges in understanding their legacy systems and gaining a clear view of their business processes. Without this visibility, executing their digital transformation strategy became increasingly difficult.

To solve this, the team leveraged Generative AI to interpret and reconstruct the company's business processes. By translating theoretical, difficult-to-understand data into structured workflows, they enabled the organization to regain control over its operations and make informed decisions about its modernization journey.

This project also presented a technical challenge. After working on three strategic cases, Paul had the opportunity to dive back into coding, contributing to the design of a proof of concept that demonstrated the AI-driven solution’s success.

By implementing this structured, AI-powered approach, the team was able to validate their recommendations and provide the client with a clear path forward in their transformation.
