As part of the FirstGen initiative at BCG Platinion, I am committed to enable exchange among first-generation academics and any other supporters. As of now, there is no BCG Platinion wide implemented study program. Depending on your job role, we evaluate how to integrate a part-time study program in your everyday life as a Consultant.
Once you’ve joined BCG Platinion, you can easily get in touch with your local FirstGener office node and become a member of our initiative. Every year, we set different objectives and projects you can take part in and bring your own ideas.
A degree from a specific target university is not necessary to apply and start at BCG Platinion.
FirstGen@BCG Platinion is one of our internal diversity initiatives. It is designed for colleagues who identify as FirstGeners (people which are the first in their family with an academic background, the first in their family in an environment with strong academic nature or being the first time in touch in a consulting environment, or similar). Through our initiative we want to foster the career of FirstGeners and also help to build a strong internal network.
