What is the PRIDE Champion Index?

The Index is an LGBTIQ+ Diversity Performance Index that provides an overview of the LGBTIQ+ diversity commitment of the participating companies and shows who is already making a difference as a diversity champion. The Index is based on an audit of participating companies, covering organizational structure, human resources, communication and visibility and legal frameworks and regulations.
