Can you share a moment from your first year that made you feel proud to be part of BCG Platinion?
One of the highlights of my first year was working on a cybersecurity project for a client in critical infrastructure. We developed a robust security framework to protect their most sensitive assets in an evolving threat landscape. Seeing how our work directly contributed to securing vital infrastructure made me proud to be part of a team making a real difference.
What new skills or knowledge have you gained in your first year that have significantly impacted your professional growth?
This year has been about expanding my consulting toolkit. I’ve strengthened my problem-solving skills and learned how to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and client interactions. These skills have been essential in helping me deliver impactful solutions while closely collaborating with clients.

I worked on a project to develop an IT strategy and operating model for a fast-growing scale-up. The stakes were high as our decisions would shape the company’s future. It was a challenging environment, but it pushed me to think strategically and consider the long-term implications of every recommendation.
