WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM OFFER?

The purpose of the program is to create a network for aspiring young professionals who wish to develop their problem-solving capabilities while gaining insight and knowledge about technology consulting offered by BCG Platinion.

If you are at the onset of your IT career and looking to know more about consulting, we have a perfect offering for you.

Our Tech Talent Mentorship program offers three months of exciting learning journey that encompasses group trainings, and 1-1 mentoring sessions with our in-house experts.

As a mentee, you will stay in close contact with our recruiting team to potentially proceed with the interviews for or full-time roles.

Starting with a Launch event in March, we will host multiple sessions to support you with soft skill development, problem solving capabilities and share insights into our case work. In between the group events, you will have individual sessions with your mentors on the topics that are important to you. The exact schedule for the sessions will be announced later.
